CLC Chartered Surveyors have been instructed to Manage St Thomas Lofts which is the redevelopment of the former St Thomas's Primary School. This Landmark building over looking Swansea bay was constructed in 1900 and was the main primary school for the St Thomas catchment area.  This unusual design had segregated floors for boys and girls.  The building is around 100 ft tall and has stunning views over Swansea Bay and the city, looking right over to Mumbles Head.

This Victorian primary school has been converted into 43 residential units, 5 of which are contemporary town houses.  The building lends itself to open plan live/work apartments.  Internally they were finished to a contemporary style with mezzanine floors and vaulted ceilings.
