Swansea based Property Consultants, CLC Chartered Surveyors have completed three lettings in recent months within the popular Castle Buildings development on Castle
Street,Swansea

 

The commercial units have been let to tenants who trade under different planning uses, which ensures the ongoing success of the parade as a mixed use location.

 

The first of the lettings to be completed was to national residential lettings agency, Belvoir! who took 29 Castle Street which comprised 1,000sq.ft. on ground floor.   

 

The second letting was 36 Castle Street. Comprises 1,800sq.ft over ground floor and basement the family run business trades as "The Cove" Coffee Shop and Bar which opened on the 1st August and brings to the development a modern quality, European style Coffee shop and bar.

 

The third and most recent letting to be completed was of 28 Castle Street, the 1,850sq.ft unit which comprised Ground and Basement accommodation and has been let to Rhapsody which is in addition to there current location at 27 Castle Street.  

 

Peter Loosmore, Partner in CLC Chartered Surveyors, said, 'Castle Buildings has always been a popular location due to its proximity to the Core City Centre, mixture of unit sizes, on site population from the 110 apartments above and proximity to the train Station".



 

"There are many other positive reasons for locating a business within Castle Buildings hence the reason that demand for units is always good whenever a unit becomes vacant.

 

"At present the development of 21 units including the Arcade is fully let and we have a number of parties on the waiting list. A number of occupiers have been in occupation for

as well as being popular with new business".
