CLC acquire Castle Hotel, Llandeilo

Acting on behalf of retained clients, CLC Chartered Surveyors have acquired the freehold interest in the Castle Hotel, 113 Rhosmaen Street, Llandeilo.

 

 

The Grade II listed building which is located at the heart of the sort after Carmarthenshire village provides substantial accommodation over Three floors including ground floor public bars two of which front onto Rhosmaen Street, 6 double bedroom residential accommodation to the first floor, a three section cellar, large court yard and several outbuildings which were previously used as a micro brewery.

 

 

The substantial character property was offered to the market at ÂŁ385,000 and unsurprisingly received a great deal of interest. After negotiations CLC's client was successful in the purchase at an undisclosed figure which was in excess of the asking price due in the main to the other interest and offers received for the property. CLC's client was successful in the main due to their financial position having cleared funds available for the purchase.
