Swansea based Property Consultants, CLC Chartered Surveyors have sold 55 Walter Road, Swansea for £238,000 on behalf of private clients.



The Property was a part income producing investment currently producing an income of £14,700 from the commercial elements which included a lower ground floor restaurant and Ground Floor Café. The upper floors which are currently vacant have the ability to further increase the rental income following a general refurbishment program potentially providing HMO accommodation.
