Surveying

CLC offer a full range of property surveys within the South and South West Wales region.

Buying a home, land, an office or shop, it is recommended that you obtain independent professional advice from a Chartered Surveyor.

We provide professional and specialist advice on Surveys for all property types, and are Licenced to produce RICS HomeBuyers Reports.

House Surveys include the RICS HomeBuyers Report, or for a more in depth report, the Building Survey may be the most appropriate Survey.

Chartered Surveyors at CLC are also RICS Registered Valuers, and have extensive knowledge of the local market.

If you are unsure on the most suitable survey for you, speak to one of our experienced team members, or message us and we will get straight back to you.
